Confidence.  Confidence in the system.  Confidence in your trade plan.  Confidence in yourself.

I am going to cover the London session trading only the regroup plan.  Keeping emotions out of your trading is going to allow you to work through a few losses.  Letting those get to you would have kicked you out of your trade plan and made you miss wins that covered the losses.

The video follows up with exact numbers.  Win %.  Profit factor.  Largest win/loss.  You will see that having all three legs of the stool in place (risk, method and psyche) gives you a decent 3 weeks of trading.  You have the edge....now just trade it and keep things SIMPLE.
