This video covers Aug 4 - 5.  We ran into one of the hardest sessions on the 4th but we stuck to our tradeplan like glue, used the "art" of trading and ended up over +40.  Instead of getting frustrated, packing it in, revenge trading or a host of other errors many traders make, we kept our faith in the system and the way we trade it.

A trading system is one factor but without the trader mindset and a plan to trade, you will be nothing more than a pawn in the market helping fill the accounts of those that "know".
