Although this video highlights the HVMM strategy, I think it is also shows a tool you can use on any strategy.  Trailing.  Now, today was not a superb example of how effective trailing a market can be.  Last week however, trailing served up an enormous amount of pips.  It all depends on how the market is trading.  This video is also going to take a higher look at the currency pairs GU and EJ for trading today.  The higher time frame will tell the entire story why this day...was a day to head back to bed.  It will also show that today, taking your targets instead of trailing was a better way to trade ($300 more profit on a standard lot).  The whole idea is to trade your plan.  If your plan is to trail...you do so.
